The operations team of Hapoel Tel Aviv fans was established in the summer of 2023, initially to fill the Bloomfield Stadium with children, some of them children of the "Otef", during the team's playoff game, and to keep the team in the league by pushing the crowd.

Unfortunately, with the outbreak of the "Iron Swords" war, the initiative took on a new dimension with the aim of helping as much as possible to the regular soldiers, in the reserves, to the residents of the "Otef" who were injured and evacuated from their homes and to commemorate the victims of the war, our good friends to the stands and to wrap their families.
